I was referred to Deutsche BMW by a neighbouring garage, DBL Landrover (also excellent, they used to service my Discovery). My left rear airbag suspension (F11) was gone. Not only did they find me the required (proper BMW) part at about half the list price, they put it in a few days later while I waited and charged me about half the labour cost that the local Bristol BMW dealer would have charged. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and fast and efficient, I wholeheartedly recommend these proper professionals. They’ll be looking after my wife’s Mercedes as well.

I have used them for years on my BMWs and current A3, always good work, friendly and competitive. I turned up today unannounced for a rear brake bulb and small oil top up, Alex and Scott both sorted it in 5 mins and topped up my washed fluid, no charge. Top service.
